Nile Hotel International Ltd Shares to be transferred to Uganda Development Corporation (UDC)
The amended UDC 2016 act required that Government Interest in Nile Hotel International Ltd be transferred to Uganda Development Corporation.
This process was initiated by the current shareholders in the Annual General Meeting held on the 24th of July 2019. As of 13th August 2019, the transfer process was in the final stages.
