Our mandate is to develop demand-driven hotel accommodation and conference facilities. One of the principal activities of NHIL is to develop demand-driven tourist accommodation and conference facilities in Uganda.
Concession of Hotel and conference facilities
NHIL does not engage in day to day running of its Hotel and conference facilities. The company instead leases/concessions them to professional business experts who are contracted to manage and develop the business.
Concession Monitoring
As an asset holding company, NHIL earns a concession fee which is an agreed share of the gross income of the concessioned Hotel/conferencing business/assets.
Protect its Earnings
NHIL ensures that the business performs by monitoring the concessionaires’ operations and the management of the Hotel & conferencing facilities.
