Nile Hotel International Ltd pays Government UGX 446m in dividends
Following an Annual General Meeting resolution of 24th July 2018, Nile Hotel International Ltd paid UGX 446,457,741 (Four Hundred and Forty-Six Million, Four Hundred and Fifty-Seven Thousand, Seven Hundred and Forty-One shillings) in dividends to the Government of Uganda.
The payment was settled in November 2018 and is a reflection of the Company’s robust financial performance.
